Data Protection Officer

VanityStyle has appointed a Data Protection Officer, who can be contacted in all matters concerning the processing of personal data via e-mail at iod@vanitystyle.pl.

Purposes and legal basis for the processing of your personal data

We will process your personal data:

· in order to provide the Webinar service – the legal basis for the processing of your personal data is the necessity of the processing for the provision of the service;

· in order to send you marketing information or commercial offers from VanityStyle to the e-mail provided by you on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR,

· in order to promote the activities of entities partnered with VanityStyle, in particular for the purpose of organising promotions and contests as well as for other advertising activity on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR,

· in order to carry out customer satisfaction surveys concerning the quality of service and the level of satisfaction with products and services offered by VanityStyle, collecting market feedback, qualitative data and conducting market research on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR,

· in order to carry out advertising activities concerning our own products and services on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR;

· in order to establish, assert or defend against claims on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.

For how long are we going to process your personal data?

Your data will be processed until the statute of limitations for claims in connection with the performance of the service has passed. In the case of advertising activities, we will process your data until you object to its use for advertising purposes or withdraw your consent to receive commercial information sent via electronic communication channels.

Personal data recipients

Entities that process personal data on behalf of VanityStyle: entities that support our advertising activities, entities providing IT and software development services to VanityStyle. 

Your rights in relation to the processing of your personal data

You have the following rights in relation to the processing of your personal data:

· the right to withdraw consent to the processing of your personal data; whereas the withdrawal of consent shall not affect the legality of any processing carried out before your consent was withdrawn;

· the right to object to the processing of data for advertising purposes;

· the right to object to the processing of data on grounds relating to a particular situation;

· the right of access your personal data;

· the right to rectify your personal data;

· the right to request the removal of your personal data;

· the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data;

· the right to the portability of your personal data;

· the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

The provision of your personal data for the purposes indicated above is voluntary; however, it is necessary in order to fulfil these purposes.
